NJ Salon Used by Tan Mom Fined $5,200

City Tropics Tanning Salon, located in Nutley, N.J., has been issued a fine for a series of violations including “overexposing” clients to tanning booths. The salon says it was not aware of the rules that brought the violations. Ida Siegal reports.
