NJ DOT Chief Suggests Bus Pickups in Manhattan

The New Jersey Transit Commissioner has his eyes on Manhattan. He wants some New Jersey Transit buses to bypass the Port Authority Bus Terminal and cruise the city’s already clogged streets for passengers. Andrew Siff reports.
