NJ Senator Pushes for Beach Umbrella Safety Measures

They’ve been described as flying spears and javelines attached to sails — now Sen. Bob Menendez wants to do something to prevent more people being injured by beach umbrellas taken by the wind, which have impaled and injured people in the past. NBC 4 New York’s Brian Thompson reports.
