NJ Restaurant Customer Doesn't Tip Over Dining Limit

A waitress at a restaurant was refused a tip because of COVID policy. The photo of what the customer wrote on a receipt has gone viral and people are donating money to the worker. NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
