NJ Judge Spares Teen Rape Suspect From ‘Good Family'

A teen who texted his friends “when your first time having sex was rape” was spared by a family court judge who rejected a claim to charge the teen as an adult. Now that judge is under fire, and an appeals court overturned his decision. NBC 4 New York’s Roseanne Colletti reports.
