New Yorkers Give Food Grading System An ‘A'

The restaurant grading system that was implemented recently is a big hit with New Yorkers according to a recent poll. But some restaurant and deli owners are being swamped with fines even though their shops display “A’s.” Now Mayor Bloomberg is giving some of those restaurants a break.
