New York's First Youth Poet Laureate: Zora Howard

New York City has a new Poet Laureate — it’s first Youth Poet Laureate to be exact. And with this poem, recited here for NBC New York, 16-year-old Zora Howard of Manhattan proved why she beat out a field of 75 other teens from all five boroughs.
