New York and 6 Neighboring States Discuss Reopening Economy

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo welcomed the partnership of the governors of New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Delaware to announce a joint regional task force to develop a plan to reopen the economy, with Massachusetts later signing on as well.
