Neighbors Say Video Captures NYC Plow Hitting Cars

A slew of parked cars were found dented and scraped along a Bronx street Tuesday morning, and the cars’ owners say it was a city plow truck that did the damage while out on the roads during Monday night’s storm. Gus Rosendale reports.
