Naked Man Opens Door During Trick-or-Treating

Two Park Rapids, Minnesota parents are angry after they say a man exposed himself to their 11-year-old daughter and her friend while they were trick-or-treating. “My daughter was terrified, my daughter and friend. She said he answered the door naked. He was naked. He was saying ‘who is it, who is it’ as they were running away he was getting louder and watching them run from the house,” said mother, Neggonee Brunner. Brunner says she called the police and reported the incident immediately. She said they drove away from the area, but came back, afraid other children would go to the door. “We went around the block, we came back through and the man was in front of the house with a bright orange candy bowl fully dressed giving candy to kids,” explained Brunner.
