Music Producer Shot, Killed Inside Car in Downtown Brooklyn: NYPD

Eric McKinney, 31, was found with gunshot wounds to the left arm and torso inside a car at Ashland Place and DeKalb Avenue around 2:30 a.m. His family and police both say that McKinney tried to drive himself to the hospital after the shooting, but crashed his Jeep, then tried to reverse the vehicle and crashed again on the opposite side of the street.
