MTA Watchdog Wants Drivers to Help Plug Budget Gap

Fares went up this week, subway service is getting worse, and the MTA is looking at a multi-billion dollar budget deficit — and now drivers could be asked to help fill that mass transit money gap under a new proposal being considered. Andrew Siff reports.
