MTA Faces Financial Crisis

In addition to planned toll and fare increases coming, the MTA said subway and bus service could be cut as much as 40 percent, while rail service to suburbs in New York, Connecticut and Long Island could be reduced up to 50 percent. Katherine Creag reports.
