Sister of Woman, 21, Hurt in Hit-Run Saw ‘Pool of Blood'

The sister of a 21-year-old woman who was critically injured in a hit-and-run in Queens over the weekend says that she “saw a pool of blood” after her sibling was hit by the unlicensed driver. Ida Siegal reports.
