More LIRR Delays as Bill of Rights Proposed

More delays and more frustration came for passengers on the Long Island Rail Road tonight — ironically, the hiccup comes on the same day lawmakers proposed a so-called bill of rights to prevent passengers from being stranded for hours. Andrew Siff reports.
