Mom's Boyfriend Charged With Assault After Boy, 3, Is Hospitalized

A Brooklyn man is facing assault charges after a 3-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries. The man is the boyfriend of the child’s mother. He was expected to be arraigned on Wednesday. Katherine Creag reports.
