Mitzvah on the Hudson

Eleven-year-old Aaron Perl is planning a one-mile Hudson River swim as a Bat Mitzvah gift to his best friend, Ally Witt. Inspiration came from her uncle, who is mentally disabled, leading Aaron to raise money for the Association for the Help of Retarded Citizens (AHRC).
