Millions Celebrate Puerto Rican Heritage In Manhattan

Fifth Avenue was painted a brilliant red white and blue Sunday. Millions gathered in Midtown waving flags to celebrate their Puerto Rican heritage. If that?s not enough, President Obama?s planned trip to Puerto Rico later in the week has given many an extra reason to celebrate. Shiba Russell reports.
