Midwife Crisis

The Midwifery Modernization Act, a bill making it easier for certified midwives to practice has made it though Assembly and State Committees. It’s expected to pass into law this week. But not everyone, especially doctors, thinks the Bill is a good idea. Check out the debate on NYNN.
