Midtown Tunnel Traffic Noise

If you’ve taken the Midtown Tunnel recently, you know it’s a traffic nightmare, with two separate construction projects underway. Now, imagine living in that area with the constant noise and traffic. One local lawmaker tells 4 Investigates there are several fixes, but he’s having trouble getting the MTA on board. News 4’s Natalie Pasquarella reports.
