Bloomberg, Walcott Announce Teacher Reforms

Mayor Bloomberg and Schools Chancellor Dennis Walcott announce new teacher discipline changes they say will better protect students from being abused by teachers. But the teacher’s union is vowing to block the moves. Government Affairs Reporter Melissa Russo reports.
