Mayor de Blasio Plans Anti-Hate Rally in Manhattan

Mayor de Blasio will hold a rally to unite neighbors and calm fears after an uptick in hate crimes in New York City. The mayor plans to hold the rally at the Great Hall at Cooper Union in the East Village on Monday morning. The rally comes a day after people in Brooklyn came together to denounce a rise in hate crimes.
