Manhattan Portion of $4.7B Water Tunnel Unveiled

One of the largest infrastructure projects in New York City took an important step toward completion Wednesday, as a section of a new water tunnel set to deliver hundreds of million gallons of water a day was primed to open. Andrew Siff reports.
