Former NY Prison Inmate Says He Was Kept in ‘Defecation Room' for 61 Days

The former Elmira Correctional Facility inmate says he was kept in the room without a working toilet or sink for so long because prison staff believed he was trying to smuggle in contraband, an accusation he denies. The I-Team’s Chris Glorioso reports.
