Man Steals NYPD Cruiser, Crashes Into 4 Cars: Police

The NYPD is searching for a man who stole an NYPD cruiser and crashed into four vehicles. Police released surveillance video of the man on Sunday. He allegedly stole a cop car as it was sitting outside a precinct unlocked and with the keys in the ignition. Rana Novini reports.
