Man Speaks Out After Video Shows Him Riding With Cat on Car

An Oregon pet owner is speaking out after video surfaced of his cat riding on his car. Jessie Doresett won’t face charges after he was caught driving with the animal on his hood. He says he was operating with the animal aboard because they were looking for rodents in a parking lot. He says he was driving slow and assumed the cat would enjoy the ride. The animal was not injured and was checked out by the Sandy Police Department.
