A man was shot and killed in the Bronx Wednesday night amid a surge of gun violence in New York City. Meanwhile, the NYPD says investigators have been searching for a sedan and suspects involved in the shooting death of 13-year-old Jaryan Elliot over the weekend. Erica Byfield reports.
