Man Charged After Allegedly Dousing Female Bronx Cops

The man who was allegedly seen on video dousing two female officers has been arrested and faces charges. The arrest comes days after three others were arrested for separate incidents involving crowds soaking NYPD officers. NBC 4 New York’s Natalie Pasquarella reports.
