Mall Escalator in Accident Wasn't in Compliance

A mall escalator in New Jersey was operating with an expired certificate of compliance when a young girl’s foot got caught in it over the summer, causing her to lose two toes, NBC 4 New York’s I-Team has learned. Tom Llams reports.
