Lottery For Lovers

New York will be the next state to legalize same sex marriage with the new law taking effect July 24th. New York City is now inundated with marriage license requests. So the mayor has set up a lottery system for those looking to get married at a clerk’s office. Only 764 names will be drawn out of thousands that were submitted.
