Long Island Dodges Worst of Storm Henri

As Connecticut and Rhode Island deal with thousands of power outages, Long Island breathed a sigh of relief with the worst of the storm missing them. Some of those who evacuated returned Monday, amazed to see the small amount of damage done. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
