Local Pharmacies on Long Island Struggle to Survive

The small pharmacies, both on Long Island and acorss the country, say their troubles can be pinned on outside companies that serve as middlemen between health insurance and patients, called pharmacy benefit managers. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
