Local Leaders React to Gov. Hochul's Proposed Bail Changes

Gov. Kathy Hochul has a new 10-point public safety plan which also looks to revamp New York state’s bail laws. Some say it’s too late and others believe the proposed changes will further harm marginalized people. NBC New York’s Andrew Siff reports.
