Lawyers for Convicted NYPD Officer Peter Liang Seek Retrial

An attorney for the NYPD officer convicted of accidentally firing a stray shot into a public housing stairwell that killed an unarmed man tells NBC New York that he filed a motion Tuesday seeking a retrial for Peter Liang because of juror misconduct. Gus Rosendale reports.
