Instagram Investigating Claims of Teen Girl

A 12-year-old girl who was extorted for naked photos by a predator reported the exchange to Instagram, only to be told that the network wouldn’t be doing anything about the report. Now, as Melissa Russo reports, the social network is opening an inquiry into what went wrong.
