Infested East Harlem Camp Still Closed After Two Weeks

The de Blasio administration said it was going to get the kids’ summer camp facilities cleaned up, insisting there was plenty of time still. That was in July, now in August the camp is still closed, leaving the children and parents out to dry. NBC 4 New York’s Melissa Russo reports.
