I-Team: Sandy Contractor Draws Complaints on Staten Island

A handful of Sandy victims on Staten Island have complained to the I-Team about their contractor: they say he happily took their money but dropped the ball when it came to fixing their damaged homes. The contractor disputes that but did agree to return tens of thousands of dollars to one homeowner. Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
