I-Team: FCC Safety Regulations on Cell Towers Not Always Followed

According to the American Cancer Society, most scientists agree that cellphone antennas are unlikely to cause cancer, and the jury is out on what dangers, if any, they might present. That hasn’t stopped the FCC from issuing strict safety guidelines for cell towers. But as the I-Team has found, those regulations are not always being followed. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
