I-Team: Millions of Prescriptions Filled Incorrectly Each Year

As many as 30 to 50 million prescriptions are filled incorrectly each year, but the I-Team found exact numbers of pharmacist dispensing errors are impossible to track because there is no federal or state law regulating them. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
