I-Team Exclusive: Sandy Contractor Complaints

A handful of Sandy victims on Staten Island complained to the News 4 I-Team about their contractor. They say he happily took their money, but dropped the ball when it came to fixing their damaged homes. The contractor disputes that, but did in fact agree to return tens of thousands of dollars to one homeowner. The I-Team’s Pei-Sze Cheng has the exclusive report.
