I-Team Exclusive: App Alerts Users of Nearby Crimes

The app Citizen alerts users to nearby crimes and emergencies. Police had complained the old app, Vigilante, was encouraging vigilantes, and Apple booted it from the App Store. Andrew Frame, the app’s creator, says it’s about keeping people safe, not encouraging them to take matters into their own hands. Sarah Wallace reports.
