House Approves Saving Victims Compensation Fund

The bill overwhelmingly passed the House and now goes to the Senate, where Mitch McConnell has publicly vowed to have a vote on it before the August recess. Family members of 9/11 first responders were in D.C. Friday to see the bill get passed. NBC 4 New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
