Carriage Horse Runs Loose in Midtown Manhattan

A horse was seen running down West 54th Street on Tuesday evening after it broke free from its stable at 11th Avenue and West 52nd Street, officials said. A spokesperson for the carriage industry said the horse ran back to its stable and is safe and sound. (Video contains some explicit language).
