Hell's Kitchen Punch Suspect Arrested After Climbing Onto New Jersey Toll Plaza: Police

A man wanted for questioning in connection with the punch caught on video that critically injured a man in Hell’s Kitchen earlier this week was arrested in New Jersey after authorities say he climbed onto the roof of a toll plaza by the Lincoln Tunnel. Danielle Elias has the story.
