Heightened Security, Solemn Bastille Day Celebrations in NYC After Attack in France

A Bastille Day celebration at the French consulate in New York City was solemn this year as reports of a deadly attack in Nice, France, streamed in. The rampage, which left at least 84 people dead, led to heightened security in the city. Checkey Beckford reports.
