Heavy Rain, Strong Winds Hit Long Island

In New Jersey’s Monmouth County, gusts pulled off part of a roof in Long Branch, and a utility pole downed by strong gusts forced the LIRR to suspend service along its Port Washington Branch for a time. Katherine Creag reports.
