Gunman and Another Man Dead in NJ Shootout With Police

The gunman appeared to be looking for someone specific in the neighborhood as he fired multiple shots before police arrived. That did not stop him from shooting however, and he died in an exchange with police. NBC 4 New York’s Checkey Beckford reports.
