Grieving Staten Island Families Frustrated After Mementos Thrown Away From Cemetery

Families visiting their loved ones’ graves in Staten Island’s Ocean View Cemetery got an unwelcome surprise recently when they discovered the mementos they’d placed had been swept aside and dumped. The cemetery says policy prohibits such items. Stacey Bell reports.
