Green Week: Rainbeau Ridge

When Lisa Schwartz bought two goats to learn about farming, how could she know that two would turn into dozens, and her small experiment would turns into a way of life? She now runs Rainbeau Ridge in Bedford Hills, NY. She makes goat cheese, grows produce, and collects farm frash eggs, all of which is for sale out of her little country kitchen.
