Gov. Cuomo Eases Some Hot Spot Restrictions

Some hopeful news today for most of New York’s COVID hot zones, schools and businesses are getting the green light to reopen. The red zone positivity rate in New York is more than 6%. The rest of the state’s positivity rate stands at 1.4%. Andrew Siff reports from Forest Hills to explain what all this means.
